Fred Tedesco is the founder of Tedescon Infrastructure Ltd. Raised in a family of construction contractors, Fred was introduced to the construction industry from a very young age. His late father Giovanni Tedesco was a skilled equipment operator whose talent transpired to his children. After watching his father work hard as a construction worker, early on Fred was determined to strive to become a construction entrepreneur, always mindful of his employees never asking anything of them he wouldn’t be ready to do himself. Fred loves to help youth and those starting in the construction industry. He is a proud supporter of many charities such as Sick Kids, Scarborough East Boys and Girl Club and The Caritas Foundation.

He has had a strong connection to organizations that help youth always believing that these issues can touch any family no matter how much you hope that yours will never be. “We always think this won’t happen to our family however no one knows what tomorrow brings”. Fred believes in the importance of giving back to the community. He strives to invest in the development of our upcoming generation.
